1) Return & Refund Eligibility
You can request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your product if:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received the wrong product
The product is missing items (if applicable)
2) Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or refund:
The product must be unused and in original condition
The product must have original packaging and tags (if available)
You must provide proof of purchase (order number / invoice)
3) Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not returnable or refundable:
Cosmetics (opened or used)
Innerwear or personal care items
Any product that is damaged due to customer misuse
4) Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Refunds will be sent through the same payment method used for the order (or via mobile banking if applicable).
5) Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item / damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind), the customer must pay the return shipping cost.
